Ken Cassidy Jr rewrote the Mini Stock record book during his Speedbowl career, winning more races and more championships in the division than anybody in history.

The son of former Street Stock stand-out Ken Cassidy, Junior came into the Mini Stocks in 2005 and was immediately one of the best in the division. He won 4 times that season, which co-led the division, and earned Rookie of the Year honors. Over the next decade, Cassidy led the Mini Stocks in wins in 9 different seasons.
He won his first championship in 2007 after a 6 win season, the repeated as Champion in 2008 with a 4 win season. A third title came in 2010. During this era, Cassidy and 3-time champion Danny Field had a very competitive rivalry on the track.

His career year came in 2012 where he set new Mini Stock records for Wins in a Season (12), consecutive wins (6), career wins (33) and championships (4). He also won the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Division IV National Championship. Cassidy would win his 5th Mini Stock Championship the following year. His 66 career Mini Stock wins are far & away the most in Speedbowl history.
After a few seasons off, Cassidy returned in the 2020’s in the Truck division and once again had immediate success. He won back-to-back Truck Championships in 2020-2021, winning 4 races in each season. He became the 4th driver to win 7 Speedbowl Championships. His last win at the track came in Aug 19, 2023.
